A Better Way to Organize Events, Venues & Spaces

We’ve made Project Events (Ceremony, Reception, Brunch, etc.) in Planpage much more flexible, so you can better match the way each wedding is actually planned. Set up separate ceremony and reception locations, add multiple venues to an Event, organize spaces within each venue, and customize the Events included in every project.
Separate Ceremony and Reception venues
Ceremony and reception happening in different places? You can now add multiple Venues to the same Event and designate what each one is being used for. Keep one combined guest list when everyone is invited to both, or create separate Events when you need different guest lists.
Spaces (Ballroom, Patio, Suite, etc.)
Keep every part of a wedding venue organized by adding the specific Spaces you’ll use, like a Ballroom for the reception, a Patio for cocktail hour, or a Getting Ready Suite for the wedding party. Add multiple Spaces to each Venue so you can keep track of where each part of the day is happening without creating a separate Event for every location.
Create the Events each project needs
Every wedding is different, so your Events no longer have to follow a fixed setup. You can now add, edit, reorder, and delete Events within a project as needed.
Create a Ceremony, Reception, Rehearsal Dinner, Sunday Brunch, Welcome Party, or anything else that belongs in that particular wedding.
